The hotel is in a prime location, right on the beach and close to various attractions. The rooms were not up to standard, with issues like a musty smell and dirty fridge. The parking situation was inconvenient, and maintenance problems like a dirty AC filter affected comfort.

The hotel is perfectly located near all the restaurants and stores, directly in the heart of everything we love about Va Beach. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable, with a kitchenette, although they had a strange smell until later in the afternoon. The service was exceptional for patrons with disabilities but lacked in offering discounts for inconveniences like cold showers. The location is excellent, very close to the beach, although there were a few disappointments with parking. The dining experience was simple, with a decent variety of foods, but the breakfast could have been a bit longer.
